L5 defines global direction. You lead country managers, ensure governance and consistency across nations, manage cross-country initiatives, protect quality standards, and drive global growth. This role requires mature leadership, clear judgment, and strong organizational discipline.
Responsibilities
  • Set global strategy, standards, and operating model
  • Coordinate and evaluate L4 Country Managers
  • Approve new country expansions and major initiatives
  • Ensure governance, fairness, compliance, and brand integrity
  • Represent AiTWobo internationally and build global partnerships
Requirements
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational track record
  • Ability to manage multi-country teams and long-term strategy
  • Strong communication, governance mindset, and decision discipline
  • High integrity and accountability
