About AiTWobo

We are AiTWobo

We connect passionate minds to build the future of robotics.

AiTWobo is a global robotics club founded with a bold mission: to bring together young professionals, engineers, makers, researchers, mentors, and innovators from around the world to create impactful robotics projects.

Through collaboration, innovation, structured mentorship, and international competition, AiTWobo challenges members and chapters to design, build, and showcase robotics solutions that can improve everyday life.

Innovating Together Across Borders

AiTWobo breaks down barriers between countries, disciplines, and experience levels. Whether you are a student, engineer, designer, entrepreneur, researcher, or mentor, there is a place for you in AiTWobo.

Learning Engineering Mentorship Global Chapters
Annual Global Robotics Competition

National and chapter teams design, build, and present robotics solutions focused on real challenges in healthcare, environment, mobility, manufacturing, education, and beyond.

Beyond the Competition
  • Robotics research and development.
  • Workshops, seminars, and forums.
  • Mentorship and structured learning.
  • Official engineering projects.
Global Support & Resources

Members gain access to a global network, project visibility, technical support, and opportunities to grow from participant to researcher, mentor, engineer, and leader.

Membership Structure

AiTWobo Membership, Governance & Growth Framework

This framework gives AiTWobo a clear, scalable, and accountable structure as it grows globally. It creates progression pathways, separates technical and governance roles, protects quality, and supports sustainable leadership across chapters.

Growth Path at AiTWobo

1
Create an Account — Automatically Become L1

Create and activate an AiTWobo account. Every new member automatically begins as an L1 Participant and gains access to introductory activities, learning resources, community programs, and the official research pathway.

2
Complete the First Research Field — Become L2

Start the official Research Program at aitwobo.com/?page=research.

Complete every required module and subject in the first Research Field, submit the required research responses, address reviewer feedback, and satisfy the validation standards to become an L2 Robotics Researcher.

3
Finish All Research Fields and Five Capstones — Become L3

Complete all remaining Research Fields and submit five personal capstone robotics projects. Each project must demonstrate personal technical work, research, design, implementation, testing, documentation, and improvement. After validation, the member may become an L3 Mentor.

4
Lead Three Build & Learn Sessions — Become L4

Successfully prepare, lead, document, and complete three Build & Learn sessions. After the required review confirms the member's technical ability, mentorship, reliability, and leadership, the member may join the L4 Engineering Team.

5
Submit the Governance Form and Receive Approval — Become L5

Submit the official L5 application form and complete the governance review process. Entry into L5 Governance requires approval from an authorized existing L5 member and is based on trust, responsible conduct, contribution, consistency, leadership, and readiness to support official decisions.

Governance & Quality Control

Review Bodies
  • Mentor Review Panel: evaluates Level 2 and Level 3 candidates.
  • Technical Validation Committee: validates submitted technical projects.
  • Engineering Review Board: oversees Level 4 performance and promotions.
  • Leadership Board: governs Level 5 appointments and strategic decisions.
Quality Standards

AiTWobo enforces standards across technical projects, mentorship sessions, engineering outputs, event organization, documentation, and chapter operations.

Dual Track System
Technical Track

Level 1 → Level 4
Research, engineering, innovation.

Governance Track

Level 3 → Level 5
Leadership, strategy, growth.

Members are not required to move into governance roles. Governance must be earned through trust, contribution, consistency, and performance.

The Spirit of AiTWobo

AiTWobo is an engine for creativity, engineering, mentorship, leadership, and impact. This framework positions AiTWobo to grow into a globally structured, technically strong, and governance-driven organization capable of sustaining long-term innovation.
